Clearing stays with your own payment provider. TRIPRO tracks subscriptions, balances and payments and marks who paid. Athletes' card details are never stored in the system.
How athletes are counted: an athlete counts while active on the roster. Archiving takes effect from the next billing period; restoring counts immediately. Downgrades apply next period, upgrades immediately.
