TRIPRO

Terms of Service – TRIPRO System

    Last updated: November 3, 2026

Welcome to TRIPRO ("the System" or "the Platform"). This document is a binding agreement between you and the operator of the System. Registration requires active acceptance of these terms (ticking the consent checkbox), and continued use is subject to them. The document is organized in chapters: Chapter A applies to all users; Chapter B applies to coaches and clubs as business customers; Chapter C applies to athletes and parents as consumers; Chapter D applies to all users. The Hebrew version of this document is the binding version; the English translation is provided for convenience only. Nothing in these terms derogates from rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

    1. Introduction, Definitions, and Operator Identity (Chapter A - General)

    a. "The System" - the TRIPRO platform in all its components: the website (tripro.fit), mobile applications, APIs, and related services. b. "The Operator" - TRIPRO, operated by Amir Gez. Contact: triproteam@gmail.com. c. Your acceptance of these terms is recorded in the System (document version, acceptance time, and checkbox wording), and that record serves as evidence of your consent. d. Material changes to these terms take effect in accordance with Section 17 below (advance notice and right to cancel) and require renewed in-app acceptance. e. The Hebrew version prevails over any translation. Section headings are for convenience only.

    2. Users, Roles, and Age Requirements

The System provides technological infrastructure for managing sports groups, for the following user types: • Head coach / club manager: manages a club, builds training plans, manages attendance and collection, and uses the analytics tools. • Assistant coach: a user with limited permissions defined by the club manager, within the subgroups assigned to them. • Athlete: receives training plans, syncs personal workout data, and tracks progress. • Parent / guardian: manages accounts for minor athletes, including registration, payments, and consents. Age requirements: a. Independent account creation is permitted from age 18 only. b. An athlete under 18 may be registered only by their parent or legal guardian, through a parent account. c. Connecting an Intervals.icu account requires age 18+. The reason: it is an independent account the athlete holds with an external provider whose own terms address adults only. Parental consent - which suffices for processing a child's information inside TRIPRO - therefore cannot open this connection for a minor, and the system blocks it. Where the birth date is unknown, the connection is likewise blocked. The other sync channels remain available to minors. d. Anyone entering information about a minor into the System - parent or coach - represents and warrants that they are legally authorized to provide that information and that parental consent has been obtained as required. The Operator may rely on this representation.

    3. Accounts and Security

    a. When creating an account you must provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep it current. b. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify the Operator immediately of any unauthorized use. c. A parent holding their child's account credentials is responsible for safeguarding them and for their use. d. The Operator may decline to open an account, or suspend or close an account, subject to Section 16 below.

    4. Coach Subscription, Pricing, and Trial (Chapter B - Coaches and Clubs, Business Customers)

This chapter applies to coaches and clubs, who engage with the Operator as business customers for the management of their professional activity. a. Subscription model: use of the System by a club requires a monthly subscription fee, in tiers by the number of active athletes. All capabilities are included in every tier, with no paid add-ons. The payment-processing service carries a transaction fee as published. The current price list is displayed in the System and at signup, and forms part of these Terms. b. Trial period: a new club is entitled to a free trial period, of the length published at signup. At the end of the trial, billing begins at the applicable tier, following reminder notices in the System and by email. c. Non-payment: if payment is not arranged at the end of the trial or during the subscription, a grace period applies during which the System remains active; afterwards, the coach's management actions are restricted until payment is arranged. Athlete and parent accounts in the club are not affected by this restriction, and club data is not deleted because of it. d. Promo codes: promotions, discount codes, and trial extensions are subject to the specific code's terms. An invalid code does not block registration - signup completes under the regular terms. e. Price changes apply only from the next renewal onward, subject to at least 30 days' advance notice.

    5. Coach Subscription Cancellation

    a. The subscription is a continuing transaction. The coach may cancel at any time. Cancellation notice may be given: (1) by email to triproteam@gmail.com; (2) through the in-app support form (Settings → Support); (3) by phone, at the number published on the site's contact page. A cancellation notice takes effect upon receipt through any of these channels. b. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; full access is retained until then. No cancellation fee is charged. c. Where a transaction is cancelled within 14 days of engagement under the distance-selling cancellation provisions of the Consumer Protection Law (to the extent they apply), a refund will be given in accordance with those provisions. d. Any charge continuing after the date on which the Operator should have stopped it will be fully refunded. e. After the subscription ends, the coach may obtain a copy of their club's data by contacting support, within a reasonable time; data deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy.

    6. Club Dues Collection (Athlete → Club)

    a. The System lets a club manage collection of activity dues from athletes or their parents (club/training fees). These funds are a direct engagement between the athlete/parent and the club - they are not the Operator's revenue, and the Operator is not a party to the training transaction. b. Processing of these payments, where enabled, is performed via the external payment provider Grow (by Meshulam) on the provider's payment page. The club is the merchant in these transactions and is solely responsible for prices, charges, refunds, cancellations, and chargeback handling. c. To match a payment to an athlete, the System cross-references the payer details transferred by the payment provider (such as phone number and name) with the club's user records, as described in the Privacy Policy. d. The Operator is not responsible for the availability of the payment provider's services, failures in them, or its decisions, and does not hold the club's funds.

    7. Free Use for Athletes and Parents (Chapter C - Athletes and Parents, Consumers)

This chapter applies to athletes and parents, who are consumers in every respect. a. Use of the System by athletes and parents involves no payment to the Operator. b. Activity dues paid to a club (Section 6) are a matter between the user and the club; cancellation and refund rights for them run against the club under law and the club's terms. c. Nothing in these terms derogates from any consumer right granted by non-waivable law.

7A. Personal (Solo) Training Account - Beta Program

    a. A "personal (solo) training account" is an account in which one adult user coaches themselves: they hold both the plan-building tools and the athlete experience, with no coach, no other athletes, and no club. Chapter C (consumers) applies to it; Chapter B (business customers) does not apply as long as no payment is collected. b. Opening a solo account is permitted from age 18 only, by a personal single-use invitation from the Operator. The invitation link is personal to the email address it was sent to and is not transferable. c. The account operates as part of a beta program: its use is free of charge, and the Operator may change its scope, add or remove capabilities, or end the beta program - with advance notice as set out in Section 17. If a paid track is offered in the future, moving to it will require explicit consent and will never happen automatically. d. The data in a solo account is the user's own data only. No coach–athlete relationship exists within it, and no other user of the System sees your training data by virtue of this account. e. Watch sync on a solo account is done through the Intervals.icu connection (Section 2c) and direct recording channels. f. During the beta period, technical activity on the account is monitored at the metadata level, as detailed in Section 9A of the Privacy Policy.

    8. Parental Consent and Minor Account Management

    a. Minor registration is performed only by a parent/guardian, who must actively confirm, per child, their agreement to these terms and to the processing of the minor's information (including sports-health information) as described in the Privacy Policy. This confirmation is recorded in the System. b. The parent controls the minor's account: viewing, updating, managing payments, disconnecting third-party integrations, and deleting the account and its data - at any time, in the System or by contacting support. c. Withdrawal of parental consent means processing of the minor's information stops and the data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. d. When the athlete turns 18, the account becomes their own responsibility, and they will be asked to accept these terms themselves through the System's re-acceptance mechanism.

    9. Medical Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk (Chapter D - All Users)

Read this section carefully - it is a fundamental condition of using the System. a. Endurance and strength training - including swimming, cycling, running, and resistance training - inherently involve risk of injury, physical harm, and in rare cases death. By using the System you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume them. b. The System does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not be used, nor its content relied upon, to diagnose or treat any health problem. Never disregard medical advice or delay seeking it because of information presented in the System. c. Consult a physician before starting a training program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or any doubt about your fitness. By using the System you represent that you have no known medical impediment to training. d. For a minor athlete - the representations in this section are made by the parent/guardian, who is responsible for verifying medical fitness and the activity's suitability for their child. e. Stop any activity immediately upon pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or any other abnormal sensation, and seek medical attention.

    10. Coach–Platform Responsibility Separation and Anti-Channeling

    a. TRIPRO is a software tool only. The coach - not the Operator - determines training content, loads, and suitability for the athlete, and bears full professional responsibility for athlete safety and the coaching relationship, whether the service is delivered through the System or outside it. b. The Operator is not the coach's employer, agent, or partner; it does not supervise coaches, does not certify them, and does not vouch for their skills, credentials, or quality of service. Choosing a coach is the sole responsibility of the athlete/parent. c. The coach controls the level of workout detail exposed to athletes. Responsibility for adequate transparency and expectation alignment with the athlete rests with the coach. d. Anti-channeling: you agree not to assert against the Operator any claim whose cause lies in an act or omission of a coach, another athlete, a club, or any other third party. Such claims shall be directed at that party directly.

    11. AI Tools and Fitness-Data Accuracy

    a. Content produced by the System's AI tools - training plans, insights, and analyses - is machine-generated: it may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific athlete, and is not medical advice nor a substitute for professional judgment. b. The coach must review any AI-generated content before assigning it to an athlete, and bears sole professional responsibility for content they approve. c. Fitness metrics shown in the System - heart rate, pace, power, distance, calories, and their derivatives - come from consumer devices and third-party services; they are estimates only, not medical-grade, and must not be relied on for medical decisions. The System is not a medical device. d. Beta features are provided as-is and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

    12. Third-Party Services and Integrations

    a. The System relies on third-party services, including Intervals.icu, Garmin, Apple Health, Health Connect, artificial intelligence providers, the payment processor and infrastructure providers. These services have their own terms, and the Operator is not responsible for their availability, functionality, data accuracy or decisions. b. The Operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue any third-party integration at any time - including following a change in that service's terms - without this creating a right to compensation; a paying subscriber materially affected may cancel under Section 5. c. The Operator is not liable for damage caused by disruptions, third-party interference, or delays in communication networks and external services.

    13. Prohibited Use

In using the System you agree not to: a. Infringe another's intellectual-property or privacy rights. b. Upload offensive, threatening, racist, sexual, illegal, or harmful content. c. Send spam, harass users, or distribute advertising without consent. d. Introduce malicious code, disrupt the System's operation, or bypass security and permission mechanisms. e. Scrape data, collect information by automated means, or use the System's data and content to train artificial-intelligence models - without the Operator's explicit written consent. f. Impersonate another or provide false information. A material breach of this section entitles the Operator to suspend or close the account in accordance with Section 16.

    14. Intellectual Property and User Content

    a. All rights in the System - code, design, business logic, algorithms, and trademarks - belong exclusively to the Operator. Copying, distribution, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works without explicit written permission is prohibited. b. Training plans and professional content entered by the coach remain the coach's intellectual property. The coach grants the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, process, and transmit this content - solely to provide and operate the service. The System provides tools to protect coach content within the platform, but enforcing the coach's rights outside it is the coach's responsibility. c. Content entered by users (workout feedback, notes, results) remains theirs, subject to the same limited operational license. d. Suggestions and improvement ideas provided to the Operator (feedback) are assigned to it in full, and it may use them without compensation or attribution.

    15. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

    a. The System is provided as-is and as-available, with no commitment to continuous availability, compatibility, or freedom from faults. b. The Operator offers the System at prices reflecting the risk allocation in this document; without these limitations the service could not be offered in its current form and price. The liability limitations also benefit the Operator's directors, employees, agents, and suppliers. c. The Operator shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damage, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. d. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service, regardless of the legal basis of the claim, shall not exceed: (1) for a paying coach or club, the subscription fees actually paid to the Operator during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (2) for a non-paying athlete or parent, ILS 500. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Liability during an unpaid pilot period is governed by the Coach Pilot Terms, subject to applicable law. e. Carve-outs: the limitations in this section do not apply to bodily injury or death caused by the Operator's negligence, to willful misconduct, or to its gross negligence, and do not apply where the law prohibits limiting them. f. Indemnification: you agree to indemnify the Operator for any claim or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms, content you entered, or - for a coach - their professional decisions, the training plans they provided, and the management of their club.

    16. Suspension, Termination, and Leaving a Club

    a. The Operator may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms, non-payment (subject to Section 4c), fraud, harm to other users, or a security risk. Where circumstances allow, advance notice and an opportunity to cure will be given; in cases of security, fraud, or immediate harm - suspension takes effect immediately. b. Club closure by the coach: Garmin data of the club's athletes is deleted, and athlete accounts are marked club-disconnected until they join another club. Remaining data is handled per the Privacy Policy. c. An athlete leaving a club: attendance, results, and payment records created during membership are retained by the club as part of its business records; the athlete's deletion rights vis-à-vis the Operator are set out in the Privacy Policy. d. You may delete your account at any time from the System settings; deleting a coach account requires orderly closure of their club first. e. Upon termination, the right to use the System expires; sections intended by their nature to survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, law and jurisdiction) continue to apply.

    17. Changes to These Terms

    a. The Operator may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the System and by email at least 30 days before taking effect, with a summary of the change. b. A material change requires renewed in-app acceptance. A user who does not agree may stop using the System and cancel their subscription without penalty, with a pro-rata refund for any prepaid remaining period. c. Each version of this document carries a version date; prior versions are kept by the Operator and provided on request. d. A non-material change (such as wording fixes or clarification) takes effect upon publication in the System.

    18. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Miscellaneous

    a. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district. b. The parties will first attempt, in good faith, to resolve any dispute by direct contact (triproteam@gmail.com) before commencing legal proceedings; this does not derogate from the right to go to court. c. These terms contain no mandatory-arbitration clause and do not derogate from any right to approach a court, including small-claims court. d. If any provision of this document is held void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force, and the provision will be construed or replaced so as to achieve its purpose as nearly as possible. e. The Operator may assign its rights and obligations under this document in a merger, acquisition, or business transfer, provided user rights are not impaired. f. Non-enforcement of a provision is not a waiver of it. Force majeure - including widespread infrastructure failures, war, or government directives - suspends the parties' obligations for the duration of the event. g. This document, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the System.
