Who in your squad needs you today?
Load is computed for every athlete in the squad, with a watch or without one. Whoever diverges from the squad is flagged before it becomes a problem.

Load 144% of the squad median. Worth checking whether the load is planned

Who stands out from the squad
Every athlete's load is computed and compared to their squad's median, in any kind of training. Whoever is far from the median rises to the top of the list.
- IdoWorth checking
Load 144% of the squad median. Worth checking whether the load is planned
- 144% of the squad median over the last 7 days (TSS 418 vs 290)

Ramping too fast. Worth checking whether the rise is planned
Who reports differently than usual
A reported effort (RPE) far from the squad's median is flagged, so you can ask how it felt.
- NoaFor your information
RPE 9 against a median of 6. Worth asking how the session felt
- RPE 9, squad median 6
- MichalFor your information
RPE lower than usual: 3 against a squad median of 6
Who went quiet
A run of sessions in a row without an RPE report shows up in the list, with a suggestion to ask for one. So does whatever is waiting for your approval.

3 sessions in a row without RPE. Worth asking for a report

The club grew. Your ability to track it didn't.
50 athletes, 3 squads, 3 different training plans. Every athlete's load is different. What is easy to see with 8 athletes becomes almost impossible with 50.
TRIPRO compares every athlete to the squad and highlights the outliers: who is carrying more load than usual, who is significantly low, and who needs a second look from you.
Instead of going through 50 athletes, you start with the 4 who need you today.

One plan. Measured for everyone.
Build a plan for the squad.
From the library or with the AI assistant, and tailored to a subgroup in one click.
Every athlete performs and is measured.
With a watch: power, heart rate and pace come back into the system. Without one: the perceived exertion the athlete reports after the session. Both paths feed the same load calculation.
See who is building, who is breaking down, who is diverging.
For every athlete and for the whole squad, across the season.
It is all computed here from the raw streams, not from a watch vendor's own load field.

Streams back
- Build a workout in TRIPRO.fit, and it is pushed to the athlete's watch (Garmin via Intervals.icu).
- The execution streams back: heart rate, power, pace and cadence at full resolution.
- Planned vs actual: time, distance and adherence to the workout structure, rep by rep.
- For athletes without power or heart rate: load from perceived exertion (RPE).
- Season planning with cumulative TSS to race day, for one athlete or a whole group, with a group load curve.
Every session that arrives from the watch becomes a TSS score: one load number that folds together power, heart rate and duration. From those scores TRIPRO computes CTL (fitness, a 42-day average), ATL (fatigue, a 7-day average) and TSB (form: fitness minus fatigue). The PMC chart lays all three across the season, so you can see in advance who is building, who is burning out, and who will show up to the race ready. NP and TSS are computed against the FTP the coach sets for each athlete.
Everything you need, on the same screen.
A group stopwatch, manual or watch-automatic attendance, benchmark tests, assistant coaches per subgroup, payment tracking, and a parent role for every child. Instead of a side spreadsheet and a separate watch app per athlete.

Connects to what your athletes already own
Garmin watches through Intervals.icu (18 and up) or Apple Health on the iPhone, Health Connect on Android, and a heart-rate strap connected directly.
Through Intervals.icu, 18 and up: the workout to the watch, the execution back.
On the iPhone, through Apple Health too.In the app, soon
On the iPhone: workouts a watch recorded in Apple Health, such as Apple Watch and Garmin.
On Android: workouts that apps such as Polar, Suunto and Samsung write to Health Connect.
A heart-rate strap connected straight to the phone, no third-party account.
Garmin watches connect through Intervals.icu (18 and up) or through Apple Health on the iPhone. For younger athletes load is computed from perceived exertion.
Kids, youth and parents
In youth squads, the parent is part of the system.
The parent's side
- 1Registers the child to the squad themselves
- 2Consent is recorded and documented in the system
- 3Sees the plan and the results, no chasing updates
The coach's side
- Kids, youth and adults: every squad on one screen
- Every young athlete has a linked parent, and the consents live in one place
- Parents see for themselves: fewer messages, less coordination
- For younger athletes, load is computed from the perceived exertion they report
We don't sell the squad's data and don't use it for advertising.

Who built this
I'm Amir. I competed in triathlon from age 7 to 23, took the triathlon instructors' course, and served as a combat fitness officer at training bases. I grew up inside a squad my father coaches, and saw up close what really matters, and how much information a coach has to manage. TRIPRO was built so that this information works for the coach, and not the other way around.
